NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING of the Executive Committee of the Minneapolis Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2005

621 Elwood Ave (One block north of Olsen Highway)
PURPOSE: To address the issue of noncompliance with findings of the Management Assistance Program consultant

Whereas the February 11, 2005 meeting of the Minneapolis NAACP branch executive committee did not receive a report about the findings of the Management Assistance Program consultant based on a review of financial books and records of the Minneapolis Branch of the NAACP and NAACP Parent Information Centers;

And whereas no action was recommended on the above-mentioned findings of the Management Assistance Program consultant;

And whereas the branch president has not responded to a request for a special executive committee meeting to address the issue of noncompliance with findings of the Management Assistance Program consultant;

We, the undersigned members in good standing of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People and of the Executive Committee of the Minneapolis NAACP branch, acting in the best interests of the constitution of the NAACP, will convene a special Executive Committee meeting on Friday, February 25, 2005, 7:00 PM at Zion Baptist Church, 621 to address the issue of noncompliance with findings of the Management Assistance Program consultant.
